Our Story
We’re Art and Pam Harding. Back in 1998, we started experimenting with spice blends in our Clermont backyard, trying to crack the code on perfect ribs.
Hundreds of batches later, we landed on the formula that would become Yellow Dog Rib Rub—named after our loyal yellow lab, Tucker, who never missed a single cookout (and taste-tested more than his fair share of dropped scraps).
After years of friends, family, and competition judges asking us to bottle our secret, we finally said yes. Every pack contains the exact same blend we use at home—crafted in small batches to ensure the quality that made us backyard legends.
